Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
Deposits are valid for 12 months from the original booking date. Unused deposits after this time will be forfeited.

Appointments must be booked correctly, including:

  • Base service

  • Nail art selection

  • Removal (if required)

Failure to book required services may result in your appointment being modified, cancelled, or treated as a no-show.

Payments

Cash preferred (change available).
Card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge.
Split payments accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48 hours notice required

  • Less than 48 hours notice = deposit forfeited

  • More than 48 hours notice = deposit transferred to a new appointment (within 12 months)

No Shows

First no-show: deposit forfeited + warning
Second no-show: full base service payment required before booking again
Failure to pay may result in refusal of future bookings.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive on time.

  • 10+ minutes late: $10 late fee (deducted from deposit)

  • 20+ minutes late: service may be reduced or appointment cancelled and treated as a no-show

Service Duration

Service times are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity.
Complex extensions and detailed nail art may take up to 4–5 hours.

Removals

If you have product applied by another technician, you must book a removal service.
Failure to do so may result in service modification or cancellation.

Omakase Services

By booking Omakase, you agree to allow the artist full creative control.
Design changes or specific requests may incur additional charges.

Quality Guarantee

Repairs for lifting or breakage within 7 days are complimentary (plain colour or basic design).
Loss of charms and detachable elements are not covered.
After 7 days, repairs are charged at full price.

No refunds are offered. Payment confirms satisfaction with the completed service.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, infections, injuries, or medical conditions affecting the nails or skin.
Services will be refused if there are signs of fungal infection, open wounds, or conditions that may compromise safety.

Client Responsibility

Lunaeia is not responsible for:

  • Damage due to improper aftercare, picking, or exposure to harsh chemicals

  • Lost or damaged personal belongings

  • Incorrect contact details or missed reminders

Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

Children & Minors

Children are not permitted in the studio.
Clients under 18 require parental consent.
